Reinante Residence

Reinante is a two story 8000 square foot remodel and addition located on the Coral Gables waterfront making it one of our more challenging endeavors. The existing structure was fully gutted and partially torn down to reconfigure it from a 4 bedroom/6 ½ bathroom into a 6 bedroom 8 ½ bathroom and add a new 3 car garage. With a new pool and deck overlooking the 200 feet of private waterway with access to Biscayne Bay this house went from a classic beauty to an exclusive luxury residence.
